Brooklyn Residents Action Group Inc (BRAG) and Yarraville on The Nose Inc (YOTN) represent the interests of local residents around issues of odour, noise and dust from the Brooklyn Industrial Precinct. The groups also represent other issues to improve the social and physical needs of the community.
BRAG and YOTN represent the views of their members through:
- Contributing at public meetings;
- Providing advice to government bodies;
- Representing residents at strategic meetings with council, industry and government departments; and
- Direct advocacy and lobbying for change.

For residents in the Brooklyn area bounded by Geelong Road and the West Gate Freeway
Meetings are proposed to be held at the Brooklyn Hall, Cypress Avenue, Brooklyn, commencing at 7pm, on the fourth Wednesday of each month,
– Quarterly General Members Meetings: March, June, Sept and November.
– Annual General Meeting: September
– Committee of Management Meetings only: Dec, Jan, Feb, April, May, July, Aug and Oct.
